Pre-order Models

Deposit Pre-order: Buyers pay a certain percentage of the total price as a deposit to reserve ACG products and related merchandise. The remaining balance is paid when the product is completed and ready to ship.

Full Payment Pre-order: Buyers pay the full amount upfront to reserve ACG products and related merchandise. The products are shipped once they are completed and ready for delivery.

Deposit and Balance Payment

Deposit Amount: The deposit amount is determined based on the total price and characteristics of the product, typically a certain percentage of the total price.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance is paid before the product is shipped, with the seller notifying the buyer in advance to make the payment.

Shipping Time

Production and Delivery: The seller completes production and ships the product within the agreed timeframe.

Delays: If special circumstances prevent on-time shipping, the seller should notify the buyer in advance and negotiate a solution.

Refunds and Cancellations

Buyer Cancellations: If the buyer cancels the order after paying the deposit, the seller may retain the deposit as a penalty for breach of contract.

Seller Responsibilities: If the seller is responsible for delays or product quality issues, they should provide appropriate refunds and compensation.

Customer Communication

Communication Channels: The seller must provide effective customer communication channels, such as email and online customer service, ensuring buyers can contact them promptly to resolve issues.

Response and Handling: The seller should respond to buyer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner and handle them properly.
