This policy outlines ACG Hobbies' comprehensive approach to managing and resolving disputes concerning trademark and copyright infringements. Our objective is to uphold intellectual property rights and foster a fair environment for all creators.

Our Commitment to Intellectual Property

ACG Hobbies, a brand owned by Shanghai Hucha Technology Co., Ltd., specializes in bespoke production services for custom merchandise, often featuring designs and personalized content provided by our customers. We deeply respect every artist's work and the effort behind each design. We commit to never sharing any client designs with third parties without explicit permission. Before utilizing a client's design, we obtain clear consent and attribute the source to ensure full protection of their intellectual property.

Customer Responsibilities Regarding IP

As stipulated in our general Terms of Service, ACG Hobbies customers warrant that they possess all necessary intellectual property rights for the content they create or upload for their orders. By placing an order, customers agree to indemnify and release Zhejiang Baigedi Technology Co., Ltd. from any liability arising from a subsequent breach of intellectual property rights.

Reporting an Infringement

If you believe a design displayed on the ACG Hobbies website infringes your legitimately held trademark or copyright, please notify us promptly.

To submit a formal complaint, email us at support@acghobbies.com with the following essential information:

• Owner's Contact Information: The full address, contact name, email, and telephone number, including the business name related to the trademark/copyright owner.
• Proof of Ownership: Your trademark/copyright reference from the relevant Intellectual Property Office (or other official registration body).
• Detailed Evidence of Infringement: A screenshot, JPG, PNG, URL, or PDF of your owned trademark/copyright, accompanied by the specific image(s) on the ACG Hobbies website that you are objecting to, and a clear, concise explanation of why you believe this constitutes a breach.
• Authorized Representative (if applicable): If the submission is not made directly by the trademark/copyright owner, please outline your relationship to the owner and the authority granted to pursue the complaint.

Our Investigation and Action Process

Upon receiving your notification, our customer services team will thoroughly investigate the complaint and provide a comprehensive response within 10 days.

In instances where it is unequivocally clear that an ACG Hobbies customer has used an image, design, and/or copy without proper authorization, we will take the following immediate actions:

• Remove the contentious content from the ACG Hobbies website.
• Contact the infringing customer, relaying the specific details of the complaint and confirming that their information has been shared with the registered trademark/copyright owner. We will strongly recommend that the customer directly contact the trademark/copyright owner to resolve the dispute.

Policy Discretion

ACG Hobbies reserves the right to deviate from the outlined process if our investigations warrant a different approach, in a manner best suited to resolve any specific dispute.
